Due to the nature of this business, we are not inclined to accept refunds for items. Each product is handmade and unique, please pay close attention to descriptions and images when making a purchase.

Exchanges will be taken into consideration on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges must be unworn, with tags, in the original packaging. Please be sure to examine all products upon arrival.

To start an exchange, contact us at silverandsagetx@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label at your cost along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and immediately contact us with any concerns regarding items that are damaged, or defective or if you receive the wrong item so we can make it right.
